Recently 5dys back I booked srk resorts through make my trip for 2dys stay.. when I was booking I took a confirmation from srk resorts whether they allow bookings of make my trip or not and the said yes after when I reached over there resort management denied booking of make my trip and asked me to cancel the booking and pay at hotel.. later I cancelled booking and they took over money as compared in app.. staff was not good and they dont have even Bill's for that booking..they denied to give a paper bill of my booking which I can get refund amount..room is average and they charged me rs2000 per day and alloted me a non ac-room..food was really bad.. I sincerely suggest not to prefer this srk resorts

Easy to locate this resort in Araku as this is very much in the main road of Arakku. Rooms are not well maintained. Power issue was there whole night. A lot of bed bugs too caused so much discomfort whole night. Weather outside the rooms is too good. Ambience within resort premises is good but they should have maintained the rooms in a mor hygienic way.

Worst maintenance and limitations. They charged 6000₹ for 1 ac and 1 non ac rooms, segregated as Ac room: ac available but faulty remote (replaced later) TV: a little portable may be around 15 to 20 inches, with no regional channels. Only free channels. Geyser: restricted to the management option, they switch it on at particular time in early hours only. (as said by owner) Camp fire pit: no camp fire.(on day of our stay) Complementary: not even a breakfast or tea Non-ac room: same tv, no room heater, no geyser, awkward odour, untidy blankets, untidy pillows, no exhaust fan in washroom, no fan speed regulator. When asked to change the blankets they came with another set which is untidy again. Parking: campfire pit is at parking which is not safe for vehicle. Overall experience: pricing equals a star hotel but no worthy. A simply crappy cottage. Attaching some worst parts of non ac room

Positives: Rooms are big and pleasant behaviour.. Negatives: Very shabby, damp rooms. Most of the electrical fixtures and bathroom fixtures are either broken or not working. They control the geyser from office, warm water available only for about 2 hours in the morning... Careful while roaming in the compound...full of dangerous big spiders... No breakfast or lunch facility available... You have to drive for 2km even for a cup of tea

This place is like a good park with few huts. I had the unfortunate experience of staying here with my family as we could not get a last minute booking elsewhere. This place is for you if u like the following experiences: 1. Looking through the holes of your dirty blanket 2. Sleeping on an unclean bed that God knows when the sheets were washed. (Brr!!) 3. Trying to charge your cell in the room. As per the people who own this place, if the sockets don't work in your room please go to the next room to recharge your cell! 4. Trying to balance your TV set after switching it on. My family successfully balanced the TV over a table and chair. (Yayyyy!!) 5. Watching a blank screen on TV or with unclear vision and enjoying listening the blacked out remote sound of someone talking from the TV? 6. Finding a lizard coming out of the commode when you go to pee! 7. Group cuddle to keep the cold away cuz u can't really clutch to your blanket It's an unforgettable experience that not journey fatigue could erase from our memories. Must try for adventurous folks. PS: don't make the mistake of going there hungry.

I went Araku for my honeymoon in April 2014. This resort is out of town with splendid scenic beauty around! We didn't feel any uncomfortable situation here. Yes getting regular food is a minor issue here. WE ENJOYED STAY @SRK.

Don't stay ,if coming with family ,it is embarrassing and harassment. Poor support staffs, no drinking water, no bathroom kit and even only one towel was provided for a family. Extra mattress was given but one has to sleep on the floor. Rooms are pathetic.

SRK Resort is the example to play with peoples mind and money by called it as RESORT.The worst and terrible experience I had recently. Me and my family forced to come back in Vizag Hotel by their horrible service.No food facility, no AC, no drinking Water, all are in broken condition.Very dirty rooms, bed everything.You have to forget that you are a human being. Worst Experience.
