WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They ask you to come to the courier shop to pick up your own parcel/courier while they charge the person who sent it for delivering it to the home! IF YOU DON'T DELIVER TO A PARTICULAR PLACE SO DON'T ACCEPT THE COURIER REQUEST. The man at the shop DID NOT behave well and was ARROGANT. Will never use 'PROFESSIONAL COURIER' ever again and will tell others too not to use it. DO NOT USE 'PROFESSIONAL COURIERS' FOR ISLAMPUR (if you don't like to be treated badly).

The courier service provider has contract with the organization I work with. The courier does not deliver to the destination saying it is outside service area whereas the destination is less than 20km from islampur. The courier person is nice and friendly in dealing with customers.
