Worst!!! Cudve given 0, it took more than a week to deliver the consignment, and they never called the target party after the receipt at the destination. We hadto call the destination office repeatedly to find out where the courier is and why is it not getting delivered. Why do they even call this a courier service??!! Avoidable, and guys India speed post does a much much better job. Period!!!

Service is really good here and affordable too. My parcel to Hyderabad reached within 96 hours and on another occasion, my parcel to Bengaluru reached within 72 hours(even during Covid-19 crisis when transport) is limited.

Worst of all courier service. They are not picking the call, not answering any email. Even after 10days of sending a courier its not delivered it. I doubt if they have lost the item. Will have to proceed with a police complaint soon.
