Especially the No.1tolgate branch the female receptionist who did not even care to tell their name and rejecting calls not even responding properly . The person named Ravichandran who claims to be the head of that branch is also very rude to customers. Not at all profesional . Not even worthy to call them as courier service . Please don't choose this ST courier

Worst courier service and the staff is behaving very rude to customers. I called the customer care to inform on their staff's behaviour but no action is taken. I am unable to select zero rating. She doesn't know how to talk and convey the message. She always speaks rudely. We are paying money to send courier then what is the issue for her? Please don't go to this ST courier, no1 tolgate , Trichy.
