They don’t even deserve 1 star. The worst service provider ever witnessed. Consignment reached local godown 5 days back, however no efforts made to contact nor delivery of package. Inspite of repeated requests to customer care and elevating the complaint, items not yet delivered. Similar grievances raised by many customers. The company should seriously look into the lackadaisical attitude.

This hub is in out skirts of city Vizag. It is not easily reachable for the new ones as it is very interior from autonagar. No frequent transport available. The area looks like some sort of small scale industrial area.
