I didn't receive my parcel from flipkart through them.. It's been 3 days it reached my nearest hub.. Not sure.. No contact number too.. Complained flipkart and they said will resolve in another 3 days.. Atleast i would have collected from their office if they had contact number atleast.. Update: the mentioned location is no more with ECOM. it's some other godown.. It's said that ECOM is moved near Samayapuram road.. . So I called ECOM Express customer care, they gave an address at kumbakonathar salai ,srirangam with no phone number.. I checked that location and there is no godown.. I asked near by shops and was amazed that a shop person said people come like this often in search of this courier even a year before and there is no company here so like that.. It's said they are somewhere at maruti nagar, Samayapuram road.. Finally after 2 weeks I fought with flipkart and cancelled my product.. Learning : never to book anything on online which is routed via ECOM EXPRESS trichy

Very very bad experience sofar. Not able to contact the Ecom Express. They also not contacted me sofar. Only messages come that I were not available whereas I were at home only. Terribly. Irritated.

No delivery attempts at all. But status shows that there were delivery attempts. I was in my house the whole time and NOBODY from this Courier Service did any delivery attempt so far. Never ever will I use or recommend this courier service in my life in the future. Unprofessional and incompetent.
