Very bad experience, No one is answering the calls, I booked on 3rd of July from Chennai to Vijayavada and they said that will be delivered on 4th evening but not delivered until 5th night. Even though online tracking shows reached Vijayavada on 4th at 10 AM. Two whole days the parcel is lying with same status.
