This courier service is irritating. I live in basharatpur (around 6 kms away) and they don't deliver the courier even nearby my house. Always i have to go 6 kms away from my home to this courier place to just collect my parcel. They says there service isn't in my area, alright if your service is limited to Reti Chowk or nearby then why you accept the parcel from sender ? This is very inconvenient and frustrating.

If you have made a mistake, then it does not matter, next time never send anything from this courier.......will call 7-8 km away for receiving....and the courier charge seems to have been taken in the first place Yes.....not even worth 1 star....but had to give 1 for the comment.
