There is no or less tracking update whatsoever from their website, website do not show real-time tracking of transits. There is no estimate date of delivery also and staff being there working for years cant say simply how much time will it take the courier from point A to point B. Just by seeing their logistics schedule they can say estimate date of arrival or delivery but they don't by saying to contact logistic team. they didn't even bother to look at missing courier, slip says 2 pieces but they say it is all together. what a sarcastic staff. i had to request to help to shift my courier of 24 kgs to the car from st floor of their shop. what kind of a joke is this courier?
