Today ( 16.06.22) received my parcel from this E com Express. I was felt bad delivery experience from this courier person. That person approach ton customer service , attitude, communication & speech not satisfied. From my experience & Recommend to any one don't trust & send to any type is instrument to this courier. I think , this courier company should give proper training to his staff. Very very bad Experience from his staff .

I have called ecom delivery express kumbakonam and they are very rude and arrogant. They claim that they are overloaded, they are supposed to receive only 300 but they are receiving 1000 items per day it seems. So the person is ver rude and arrogant and he is challenging me to complain whereever i want and he is least bothered.

Very worstest service. I order Medicine from Medlife, he’s received at 3rd Aug. 2020 (in web site showing Received in DC) still at (10th Aug 2020) I not receiving the product. Very poor service. Neega kasu vagitu thana vellapakuringa. Ungaluku summava tharanuga (each delivery charge minimum 40₹).
