One of the worst service ever. Booked a shipment from Surat to Srikakulam on 22 July. Shipment came to Vishakapatnam abd then headed to chennai. After raising a dispuit it is turned back to srikakulam on 2 Aug. Trying to reach them from 2 Aug but still the shipment is not yet delivered today being 5 Aug 2022. The staff at the office are pathetic. One of the worst service ever. Donot book thos evern if they offer you at a low cost if you are looking for quality services. Theier customer care number does not work. Complaint form does not work. How can we escalate this ?

Pakka fraud services, they charge you premium service rate and send it in low cost. Pathetic services, we have call the person (Srinivas) repeatedly for updates. I booked 30kg to USA, 10 he sent in DHL premium and rest 20 in low cost services. But he charged from us DHL premium rates. No one fraud.

Worst Experience!! Professional couriers srikakulam is the worst courier service I have seen. They called me to confirm the address but they didn't deliver the parcel. They Didn't Even pick the call atleast once. After 5 days With no option left I went to the office and they are giving careless answers like you have to come and pick the parcel. Very Pathetic!!!.
