Booked medicines from this service at Bhimavaram, neither they were delivered on time nor there was a proper response from these folks. Sent from India in June, received by end of August after hell lot of follow-ups. No dr. Prescription was provided for which amount was deducted extra , Custom duty was paid at source and ended up paying again at destination. Not all items were received. Manager guy didn't provide the prescriptions as promised didn't even call back or WhatsApp before the deadline. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE. opt for alternate courier. top management should take an action it's a life & death matter medication. Deserves 1/2 star.

This place is located on a very busy street, easily accessible, and the workers are very friendly, helpful as well as very informative. Just recently, I needed some medical things delivered to me from Vijayawada, even though because of covid it was a day late, but they kept me updated about the cargo and the time they'd arrive at bhimavaram so I could get my package as soon as possible. I am very happy with their services.
