Very very supportive staff. Little expensive service but assure of goods received at desired placed within time. Tracking of courier is awesome throughout the process. For near and dear once located at remote place DHL would be good medium for exchanging valuable things.

Easy access. Limited space. But staff received warmly and attended customers one by one and completes the courier sending formalities. Consignment being sent after scanning. International despatch to different countries are being made with ease. One Identity is required and copier is avl. Both cash and card is accepted. Delivered the consignment at the indicated place on time. Tracking follow up is updated at each stage until delivered.

One thing which i can't understand is DTDC ship thru dhel at lowest price but when dhel directly ships parcels at very high rates. I asked for 2 kg parcel to london they said 9000 but DTDC shipped the same parcel thru dhel for 5000 and delivered on time.

Highly expensive, 0.5kg weighed parcel was charged with ₹400 to chennai. So yea it’s quite expensive when compared to DTDC, ST couriers (that would charge ₹50/kg & few additional charges costing overall less than ₹200). So think twice before visiting the place. Staffs are friendly and the office is good. Takes a bit of time to process stuffs but it’s fine.

Now during the COVID days, I tried sending some papers to my bank in Mumbai. India Post and other couriers refused to accept the envelope stating that due to the total lockdown in Mumbai and Delhi, there is delivery. Bluedart checked with the delivery zone pincode and accepted the envelope. And gave me the tracking number also. They ask for your personal ID proof (aadhar, pan), email address plus your mobile phone number. Service is swift and courteous. PS : I happened to leave behind my Aadhar card behind. The counter person called me on my mobile to return it to me. Many thanks!

For 5kg to usa ny it is 9750rs and 10kg is 12500rs..if it is less than 5kg or 10kg still it wl b considered as 5kg or 10kg only..so fill up to it.. the staff are polite and helpful..they weigh and also do the box packing...u need to do the polythene covering though
