As per my experience my slot was booked 8:45 am but the officer came @ 9:30 . Everything went smooth but we need to spend atleast 2 hours of time for our passport renewal, applying fresh passport. The good thing is the old man ( clerk)who comes first is nice guy who shares you all the required information about the process. Need to improve in service..........

Outside it is very dirty.not cleaned not proper sitting facilities for the people who stands outside.only two tables are there.for four-wheel vehicles no proper parking space.

Applied passport for my parents here. Everything went well inside but police varification happen only for mother within 5 days of time For father status is not changed for the last 10 days. Sent mail to vijayawada passppas office 2 times but no reply.
