There is no contact number for this courier services. Without star google not allowing to post this, so i given one star. Really worst… I received SMS as OUT FOR DELIVERING message 8 am but there is not information delivering time, I keep trying phone as mentioned in the SMS but no one attend those calls. Actually, I purchased TV wall mount stand in the MI website, based on the Ecom Express SMS I ask TV installation person, so without this wall mount stand I purchased new one in the TV installation person, so due to this delay delivery I lost my money. And I asked delivery person to take back and return this but that person not accept. Really disappointed 😠😠😠

Order statused as delivered but no delivery attempted on the day.. this is termed to stealing parcels when record shows delivered but not actually delivered Unable to contact local office no phone, centralised customer service no proper response, anything needs to email them and wait for response. Highly unreliable in case of any issues.

Very good service and politely speaking staff and workers. But the address mentioned in Google map is wrong instead of 12th Cross it is in 10th Cross Street of Sudhakar Nagar. A very first building on the right side as you enter the 10th Cross Street.

Worst courier executives. If the customer is not at home the delivery executives don't make an effort to re-deliver when they are available. They try to give it someone in the neighbourhood so that they don't have to visit again. Lazy to the core. Useless service.

My return date is on 3rd Feb but still now no response from their side. Also they give missed and disconnect the call and update as customer not at home if your parcel is bigger in size. If you call back ,the recording will ask you to enter a pin,upon entering it will say invalid and call will get disconnected.Extremely poor,no guarantee for your products especially if it is valuable.
