I was there for Sending PROFESSIONAL PREMIUM SERVICE which is for valuable items which you wouldn't want to miss by any chance. The only problem is that when i went there on 3rd Feb. of 2020, the location wasn't updated form the older one. I was searching for the place as shown on Google maps. After a while, for about 20 minutes of searching, the Autodriver guided me to this relocated center. The service was good. Card payments weren't there. Make you sure you have enough change money.

There were three letter we ended up receiving thru them. 1) [ 5th Mar-2013] They failed to deliver it even after five Days for a letter sent from Manaparrai. When call they said they have sent it back to the Thillai nagar Main Branch. When we called the main branch, they mentioned its yet with shastri road branch. After making repeated calls to their head office, the Shastri Road branch called us back saying that they cam couple of time and the door was locked. When we asked what time they didn't have any answer . then they requested us to come and pickup since there is no delivery person. After screaming at them and telling that if they don't deliver in 30 min we are escalating to Professional courier head office they delivered it in 10 min. [Out office is in the same shastri road just 10 building apart from them] 2) [30th March 2013]They delivered a letter from Lalgudi after 3 days that to Thirday evening @ 5:30pm 3) [1st April 2013] The did not deliver a letter which was sent on 29th from Lalgudi, they were mentioning that there delivery persons are refusing to delivery after 5pm, since it was critical for us we ended up picking the the same @ 6:30pm DON't EVER RELAY ON THEM
