While even smaller couriers make home delivery, DTDC Tekkali pushes us to collect from his office. If we insist on home delivery, DTDC ensures that the delivery is delayed by a day or two. Very Un-DTDC. I wonder how it's surviving here. Post our repeated unprofessional experiences here, we are compelled to choose other couriers.

Worst service. They don't deliver the parcel home instead they ask the individual to come and collect the parcel, every single time. What for are the delivery charges then? They also charge more than normal. WORST!!!!!!
