The DTDC courier service though good there is no coordinaton between customer and the company recently I sent parcel to USA which was opened and soap box was missing. When enquired the dtdc Srinivas not responding.

Worst service. Sent one day courier on 6/12/2018 but it is still not delivered in hyderabad on 12/12/2018 and worst customer service. No one is sure where it is and when it would be delivered. I am in urgent need and also asked them to let me know where my packet is so that I myself will collect and deliver it but still they don't know where the package is. They kept giving all different reasons telangana elections, branch shiftings, employe changes etc. They disconnect calls on customers and no good service. If you are sending something urgent don't ever use DTDC. They are not worried about customers. Worst service.

I booked an important document by DTDC Courier Service Centre, K.T.Road, Tirupati-517507 with consignment No.H69757859 destined to Anantapur-515001 on Wednesday 27th Feb.2017. It has not been delivered as on 3rd March 2017. The addressee is an employee at the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Dept.of Registration and Stamps which is just located adjacent to the Rudrampet Cross Flyover at Ramanagar Extension parallel to the NH 44 National Highway, Ananthapur. The spirit of Indians lies in commitment, dedication, sincerity towards public service. I hope DTDC personnel would rise up to this ideal and set a good example to other courier services in India and abroad. Please advise the concerned to have my consignment delivered without further loss of time.
