If u want to send your parcels at a price of 3 times than other, u can go here and can waste your money. I tried to send a laptop and the front desk lady asked me 10k with insurance, where I can’t come out of the shock for the whole day. I sent it for 2.5k including insurance with other DTDC branch.

Staff here are trying to loot the customers. They gave a quote almost thrice the standard (as per DTDC website) and when questioned, they denied explanation. Then I came to 1 town branch and they quoted the standard charges, and staff are also polite here.

Don't go to this branch at all. I recently visited this branch for some courier and the lady charged very high price almost 3 times more than original fare. When asked for details on what basis they came up with this charge, she is very rude and doesn't have a straight forward answer and came up with multiple reasons covering up one after the other. I understood the situation and then stepped out immediately. Later visited 1 town branch beside andhra bank where the staff are very polite and charged correct fare. An advice to management: Unless you change the worst staff especially that rude lady your branch will loose business soon. She doesn't know how to behave with customers. She thinks herself as a ruler of a kingdom and doesn't accept any clarifications from customers.

Just because this branch is near to railway station, customers prefer here but these people loot money by charging very high prices without proper explanation. Arrogant women at front desk.
