I don't think is a good choice to deliver your courier in this office First of all please teach the lady staff how to behave to customer.. She is not even hear us... I can't give even a one star 😏.... Edit:Due to an emergency I had to send my phone to my hometown through your courier. When I visited your Upgiven branch the lady staff in the branch behave vogue and rudely towards me. They were not ready to hear my problem properly... I kindly request to change the staff or teach some manners so that you can avoid losing your customers

Had a very good service for a year and more on a constant basis. Their service is still great. Never had any issue rather if requested, they even come and pick the courier from your place. Thanks to the entire staff/team for their service all along.

You will not get any update from DTDC end if u have any courier, they will update its status like 'Receiver not availbale' on each day not even a single try to contact, also they are not providing any delivery services, if we want our courier we should go manually and check to their office..from there will get godown's address and need to collect from there.. 🤬

Worst service, I contacted them for sharing a momento, they collected from me and packed.. after multiple days I contacted them for an update they said it was not delivered will return back to kaniyapuram hub.. after 2 weeks it returned back to kazhakuttam office and they delivered it back to me by having a regular enquiry from my side.. But the worst condition is my crystal moment had broken and they said they are not responsible for that..I had paid there packaging charge , service charge everything but they where even ready accept it as there mistake. They even don't know where are there delivery points and the staffs over there was not having a good attitude to attend a customer.. please don't share any valuables via this hub.. they where not responsible for the service.
