Be Aware ! This is a fake DTDC office ! Gopal is doing phishing in the shop, using DTDC name only, they don’t have any service or slip there, they are collecting parcel and putting there additional commission and then sending to the original DTDC ( Which is near by Pooja Lawn ). Gopal l is very unprofessional person, he doesn’t know how to speak to the customer.

I went here for mailing my courier to Hyderabad. There were 3 to 4 staffs and the courier office is in one room. Behaviour wise, staffs were okay and now I am waiting to see as to how long will they take to deliver the package as the delivery request is urgent. They have promised me that deliverable will be handed over to the recipient in 2 to 3 days.
