Want to feel The most pathetic and worst experience then opt for this service in New Delhi area .......never call them ,,,they just avoid ur calls by saying ,,,it's a dwarka branch, Telangana branch, or even faridabad branch,,,they never call the customer for a delivery rather update the status as restricted area...the management seems very experienced though they even update false statistics about ur tracking of parcel .....DTDC blue service they never take it as important...they treat them as a regular service ...people book blue for an emergency only.......

fuddu service. Doesnt even know where the courier is. I have called atleast 10 persons but no one knows why the courier is not dispatched to its destination.
