I would completely recommend DTDC services to everyone. I had to send my documents to Germany which was a difficult process to do. I asked many other service providers but they cost very high amount and do not provide the door pick-up services. I'm completely satisfied with the DTDC service. I booked a parcel from muzaffarnagar to Hyderabad on 09 Feb 20 and it's delivered on 17 Feb 20 after so many query and complains on line and through agents. I listened all time that your parcel will be delivered today by my agent. I didn't receive any response from on line query......Dtdc service are just rubbish...... They are charging high and no promising service. Courier agents does not have any written price list for charges. They take by their own.........So at last it's not at all advisible to use this garbage service.
