This is one the worst courier company. They kept the parcel for other 10 days and kept saying delivery is not possible due RESIDENCE IS CLOSED. Not sure how can someone close a house! They don’t call or come to house to attempt deliveries and they will put delivery Lock on parcel and the customer has to call seller to remove lock and attempt delivery. Such a nightmare to deal with customer care who can barely speak English. Not sure how this company is surviving.
