worst. they even lie on your face , they are making the excuse for past 7 days that reciever home is locked. although people are living in the mentioned address and it is never locked in past 6 month . courier guys dont even bother to call on the receiver number. when escalated to management, then they are forced to deliver the courier.

Courier is good but if we talk about service it's not good, I faced delayed in parcel receiving. Also the contact number which has been provided by them are not reachable. These things should be updated.

Even after calling 10 times they are not ready to deliver the parcel on time and the customer care is of no use they take 5-6 days to delivery the parcel after it shows out for delivery Very bad experience

My supplier has dispatch on 20th feb from mumbai to pune today is 1st March not yet received yet. When called the so called number he has we hv less manpower hence we r delivering the courier just once a week in a particular area. Was surprise with the same.
