Worst courier service! I’ve been waiting for my package for the longest and it still isn’t delivered. The delivery guys don’t pick up nor does the office ever answers. And they give the comments like “the package was rejected” How? It never reached me to get rejected! If there was a star lower than 1, I would have given it that!

Worst experience with this courier service. Never came across such third class service. They never deliver at your address. Infact delivery boy asks to come few kms to fetch order. If you are planning to choose ecom express, do yourself a favour, don't go with it. Really third class service.

Service is pathetic, response is not good.from Pune to Miraj delivery already 1 week is over and when called 4 days before I had been told that today it will be delivered at any cost with priority.And today when I called then he responded another 4 days required. Medicines are there and if not given in time then what is use of the same.
