And ecom express gave delivery boy,s number , I called him and he asked me about my package , I replied then he said after hearing my package wrong number and he hung up . scammers these people never use this service .

At last I myself went to their shop and asked them to search my parcel after 40 mins they found my parcel. The reason of delay in delivery, they said they don't have staff. Why are they running service if they don't have staff?

Now I am reading the reviews on Google I am realizing that I am being fooled. Not once they try to deliver and update status that they could not deliver. Calling support will only increase your BP and give you headache not resolution to the problem. The CS executive who spoke to me after a week of not receiving the package told that "the package content is exited" and God knows what did this mean. Does this mean that they don't have my package anymore. Last time I was refunded from the shopping website telling the package was lost during delivery from warehouse. I am sure this is their scam. Still waiting to receive my goods, been promised another 24hours.
