One of the worst courier service at Rampur Bushahr. Besides giving poor services they also involved in misleading customers by telling lies. On 2nd June 2022, i received call from a female executive from Rampur Bushahr DTDC courier office. She told me to reach office to receive the consignment. I asked her to deliver at my delivery address. But she very smartly lied me that my consignment is a parcel & we don't deliver parcels at delivery address. Very interesting policy. After that I called DTDC national customer care to confirm this, I got reply from customer care that DTDC has the policy to deliver all products at Delivery address. I got my answer. Although i tried to contact customer service through mail but didn't received satisfactory reply. Written apology is received from DTDC official only after when I officially raised my complaint at consumer forum through website. I posted this review to help other customers so that they didn't come under the scam running by Rampur Bushahr DTDC courier office.

They says come to our office to take your parcel no home delivery so why we are ordering online otherwise we can go to market and take things and for delivering take 4 days from shimla to rampur which distance we can cover in only of 4 hours

Worst Service ever. We send a parcel from Ahmedabad and it reached Shilma within 3 days but Rampur office delivered it to me after 20 days. Even they didn't pick up the phone.
