Such a worst experience, I hope no one should ever encounter. Short tempered delivery guy, take the exit delivery, keeps the courier with himself and then delivers 2-3 days later and when we call, he gives reckless answers. I'm posting this comment out of frustration. since there's no option for negative rating, I'm simply putting it for 1 star.

Worst courier service I have ever seen in my life. The lady staff over there is very rude she can’t handle pressure from customer. It’s been many’s time even though there no service to my place they accept the package and tell use to come and pick it up. Which is far away from our place. They should not accept the package if there is no service. It like we wasting our time and fuel to come and pick up the package. They charge full amount saying outskirts.
