Worst courier service centre😤😤😤😤..Behaviour of the staff is really rude..They don't provide home delivery, just sit there and call us and commands us to get the parcel collected from there before 5:30pm. I had to contact customer care thrice... Still they didn't deliver the product and the status is showing that " the product is safely handed over to the customer" ... 😤😤😤😤😤😤

Really poor service, staff behavior also very rude, unpunctual, too late delivery, My order the didn't delivered but when am tracking it shown like delivered! 4th time same experience 😑

They do not provide any updates even if the package has reached their office, I received a package through dtdc, it had reached the destination but they did not inform about it even after two days. Overall the service at this branch is very bad.
