Docket No - 349153416. It has reached the destination 3-4 days back, but not delivered. Registered a complaint to customer care, but no one contacted from company. Bad experience.

DON'T USE TCI. TCI EXPRESS Is not a customer oriented company. Customer grievances are not at all important for them. They lack a good administration and good policy making and implementation. They have good reach and network still rates are very high and not negotiable.
