All reviews are true. Too late to deliver. It took 5 days for my courier from Chennai to Vizag. Gave an update due to rains boys may not come to deliver as if it’s cyclone when called courier is received at vizag hub but not delivered for more than two days. Finally I need to send someone to collect from office. Phone number will work during working times.At least they answered me after trying multiple times. Considering the cost and with late delivery and no proper customer care I won’t opt for ST courier from next time.

would have given zero review...dont even bother using them...they dont do their job delays all packages by days.....please avoid them....charge too much & worst service

Very irresponsible. When I called them first they said "your order is on the way" and now they are saying that "your order got returned because we don't provide service to your area". It is minimum responsibility to inform such person when their product is sent back. Moreover, I told them to tell me if my product is reached. Even now if I didn't call them, the don't know my product is sent back.

Single worst courier service. At today’s age where every second is valuable, this courier company is the slowest and the least responsible one. The phone is always switched off. Can’t contact any person in the office who responds properly. Please avoid these people.
