Recently I have used the courier service from DTDC Sri Krishna Enterprises to ship items to USA. Their customer service is excellent. They have picked up the items, completed all the necessary paperwork to ship items to USA and were very helpful in answering all of my questions. Glad to say that we have received the shipment in USA with no issues. I would definitely continue using their services and recommend to my friends. The main reason for giving a star for this courier service is there is no option to give a zero. Their customer service is pathetic. And their tracking system never gives appropriate information. Never use their service if the goods that you are sending are very important to you like important documents. Rather go with blue dart. They charge a bit more but definitely reliable.
