Totally Third class service.this is 4th time they don’t call me and in tracking app they showed that receiver was not available.every time i was available and they never call me or come to my home. please never ever couriers through DTDC courier if you are reading this review. actually i want to give less than 1 star but they dont have that service.

Very bad service . They never calls u and updates tracking history without any communication . They dont answer your calls and never calls back . Very much worst courier service in the world. I had to give one star for writting this review only. Please close your shop if u people can not provide proper service . So that Our supplier could not deliver parcels using dtdc services..

The service is very bad, even when there is a home delivery, they don't do the delivery for some reason and they tell you to come and take it. They are 3rd class.

I've had good experience with DTDC until I was supposed to receive an urgent package 3 days back and the Pimpri branch have not bothered to even call. They have hired totally negative attitude people who are completely unmotivated to work and perform. Please do not use DTDC if you're in the service area of Pimpri Branch. Worst ever!!!

DTDC service experience depends upon your local franchise as it is franchise based business. If it's bad your experience will be bad and Hinjewadi phase3 DTDC will deliver your good but they delay it and do wrong status update and their customer service numbers are generally not answering. I advice you to collect your package and insure your package by DTDC before sending since there is a very good chance of package to be broken or missing or stolen by someone in the chain.
