They have a very poor communication network. If you dial any of their phones it goes to scamsters who cheat you. VRL claims that this is not their fault. But how do scamsters pick up phone calls directed to them? VRL says you come to our offices and talk - don't call and don't transact online! In these days of online businesses, they seem to be living in the 80s. No responsibility to correct things whatsoever.

Very worst customer experience. The staffs are arrogant and never care about customers. They never call when parcel reaches Theni and even when we call them by tracking online, they say the office is closing at 4.30pm so come tomorrow. Even Theni collector office is serving people very kindly. I'm not sure if these VRL staffs are above them. It is high time VRL headquarters wakes up and appoint responsible staffs else they have to pack up.

After the phantomic period, many companies have closed their most of the Branches. VRL is not an exception. They have closed many of their Branches. Bodinayakanur Branch has been closed before one year. Don't waste your time on searching this.

VRLs parcel delivery good. But in Theni office employees charge extra Rs100 or Rs200 for tips. So I get disappointed in Theni VRLs transportation service.
