Its not only for this particular warehouses, but an entire Logistic service provided and being managed by VRL! The service is utterly useless and unprofessional. Forget about the money being charged, they don't even understand the purpose, why people use a transport service to ship their luggage. My shipment got completely destroyed during the transport and these guys don't have anything to say about it!! Complete careless behavior towards the work by everyone. They just keep on pointing at a note written on the consignor's copy which says 'Booked at owner's risk'! Hence a good note for anyone who is reading this: "DO NOT TRY OR SUGGEST THEM TO ANYONE!"

Worst ever service. They don't even have customer care service. You need stamp to receive consignment still you have OTP and ID card.... Go for Arco for economical and best service.
