The workers under dtdc RCPM are so irresponsible. last couple of weeks ago I ordered 2 items. They call me and I went there and pick one. I enquired about the 2nd order. they said.. they call me when they found any parcel on my name. later on I went there twice regarding my parcel. they repeated the same dailouge. after one day My frnd calls me and said that "courier sent by me was returned to me". these irresponsible workers doesn't intimate me when the parcel reached instead of that they returned mine🤬🤬🤬
