Very egoistic behavior when our uncle approach that logistic person he behave very rude. Even our order is in their hand he can't give proper answer to him. That logistic person said" DO WHAT EVER U WANT" this is that great person's answering to our uncle. For this ECOM EXPRESS is not valid for even one star. But there is no stars less than this....

They are the worst I ever experienced in delivery. The won't delivery our packages to door step. They are not calling the customers and simple mentioning coustmer isn't available. When I am trying to call the number, it is continuously switched off. They are returning the orders without any intimation to us. It's very worst service from ecom-express. if you are not having interest to deliver please don't accept our orders. If we even go there office for package they will stupid reasons Worst experience ever. Please don't use any service from them. This office doesn't deserve even 1 star. But there is no Stars less than one.

Very worst service from Singarayakonda Office. They never call us but keep updating the order as unable to reach. We went to their office and they said that the delivery boy already left the office and they would inform them. But nothing happened. On the same day afternoon received the message “unable to reach the customer”. Not even a single call from them. I WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING 👎👎👎

It's very pathetic service from singarayakonda branch. They are not calling to customers simple mentioning in remarks location is not located. When I am trying to call the number , it is continuously switched off. They are returning the orders without any intimation to us. It's very worst service from ecom-express.if you are not having interest to deliver please don't accept our orders. This is 2nd time happening to me.

I gave 0 rating...my order came to courier service,I went to their office and asked them about the order....they are not at all ready to answer me and said "we are very busy"( very rudely).... was dat the right way to treat their customers????
