Never deliver on time, you will get a message in the morning that your courier is out for delivery but they won't deliver it on the same day. I had to visit the agency office and had to pick my courier on my own as it had some important documents which were required urgently. If you have anything urgent and they have not delivered within 5 in the evening then better pickup your courier from the office yourself.
