Useless service. Needs to be given -5 star or -100 stars. Delivery boys and staff are the most laziest persons in this world . Don't even take responsibility to call to send parcels. Directly say don't use our service . We don't care attitude . Even if address is centimetres away , thwy would say address doesn't exist and return the parcel. And not bothered .

Worst courier delivery service ever. For a parcel that had reached in my town within 2 kms their customer care says will be delivered by after 6 days. Then without contacting me or reaching my address they update status as address not locatable. Now when I call their customer care the ivr does not connect me to any agent but announces that we have taken your feedback and will contact you. Useless service , customer care service. Also they do not provide any local contact number even they have local delivery office. Now without attempting delivery they are asking me to option to reschedule but not today but tomm that too in 3 different slots out if which only 1 slot can be selected. Forcing customer to select what Ecom express want. Horrible courier service to say the least. Can't believe in today's world such companies survive. Want to give zero or minus rating but Google does not allow that.

I am waiting for my product since 4 days. It’s been the worst experience ever. I’ve raised the complaint with their customer support but its useless, they are just saying will be delivered in next 24hrs and now it’s been 4 days. They don’t have any communication with the delivery Center and themselves unaware what’s causing the delay. It’s been so frustrating as there are no timely updates. The whole experience is just so bad and waste of our time. Incompetent service at its best.

Really bad service, not delivering the orders, delivery guy didn't call and returned the parcel taking followup from past 2 days no is responding properly. Really don't if they can't provide the delivery and proper service than why the hell they are opening logistic business, they don't care about there customers at all..... Not preferable, not recommended not even 0.000001%

Worst courier service 1) i got a message that says - wrong address, which is highly unlikely ( I stay at a stone's throw away from a major landmark in the town) 2) no contact number provided 3) no communication from the courier side 4) I doubt if customer care call will be helpful ( i managed to register a complaint after countless attempts)
