Worst behaviour of the person at the office. I've ordered medications which was at their hub since morning and they've told me that they'll deliver in the evening that day. But didn't care to inform me that they won't come that day, will deliver only after 2 days bcoz delivery person is in leave and even didn't attend the calls that I've made. Care less attitude and rude. I personally went to their office (10km away) and got my parcel... Disappointing😡

Pls don't go fr this courier service...the delivery person as well as the person called from hub was very rude...they won't deliver to address instead ty I'll tell to come to a location wr ty are if we insist them ty I'll talk rudely...very very very worst courier experience more than twice.. because of this kinda worst customer service ,the whole ST courier is getting bad name...such illiterate and rude behaviour

One of my friend had sent a document from Nagercoil. I was waiting for two days, I didn’t receive a call from any delivery boy however status was posted “UD Address not Clear” and tried to call the agent (Ashraf) he was not in a position to hear me and asked me to collect it from LIC Colony office and disconnected the phone immediately. As I was flying on the same day 2pm i went to LIC colony at around 10.15 am and the office was not opened. I tried to call the mobile number registered for office and also to same person Ashraf. He never responded phone was ringing and no one answered the phone. Later after 30 minutes I got a call from a delivery boy asking my address for delivery.
