No numbers are receivable, could not reach out to complaints, no mail can be sent, easily accessible to fraud websites...they are very poor in service...last time it was hoskote delivery...10 days after I went there collected my self and delivered personally to my client

They slept on a shipment for a week. They did not attend my calls either. Finally managed to get through, and a lady who answered was polite and helpful. Due to staff shortage, she explained that the delivery was delayed. I went to their office myself to collect the package, and received it without any trouble.

We had sent a parcel from Chennai on 5th September'22 evening and the parcel reached the Kempapura office. We too thought as per the review comments that no one will pick the call. But the manager at the facility took the call and spoke kindly understanding the urgency of our delivery. He gave 2 mobile numbers of the delivery professional and tracked with him to reconfirm that the package reached the destination on time. If you're sending a WhatsApp message to this number it gives time for the office to process and help you n the expected way. Otherwise it looks too difficult to track everything by phone call. Thanks Professional Couriers for having good people who work hard. You made our day. Thank God.

Very bad service they had my courier lying in their office for about 5 days and if i did not vist their office i think they would have delayed my delivery even more.. i personal tracked the order and picked up from their office.. even after i was at their office they made me wait for 45min to search for my parcel and the person who was in charge had cough and cold was not bothered to wear a mask.. worst experience
