The service is good. Everyone talks cordially. Sent parcel from here. I forgot to write phone numbers on addresses. Letters may reach the address without phone numbers, but parcels will not be delivered without phone numbers even when address is present. Now the persons at the receiving end have to go to post office to collect it. So people sending parcels, please remember to write phone numbers and confirm at post office that both receiver and sender phone numbers are updated for tracking and get SMS messages. The post office personnel will not remind you for phone numbers, but mobile phone number is a mandatory part of full address now. Otherwise the parcels may not be delivered to address, but you have to go to post office to collect them. They said the parcel will be at the delivery post office for 7 days only before returning. Now I hope my parcel receiver will have time to collect it before it is sent back as 4 days are already gone waiting for home delivery. Also note most post offices do not accept phone calls now. For regular senders and receivers , they may know the post offices, but occasional / new users like me will need to spend time to search and go to the post offices. So you have to search for post office on yourself and go and check if the parcel is there in the post office or not.
