Better customer care. The shipping charges are higher compared to others. Earlier it was showing delivered for the goods while it's reaching ambala itself. And we will get the parcel after three days here at the address. Now better - within one day we are getting the goods after showing as delivered.

Personal Incident: Someone couriered me something via dtdc, That courier reached a lot of delays here and when it finally arrived they didn't deliver it to my home. They did not even tell me that my courier has reached them. One day suddenly when I tracked my courier, they wrote there that it has been delivered while it did not happen. When next day I went there, I myself brought my courier.
