Person named venugopal is very impolite and rude..they keep the parcels with themselves and won't deliver to destination addresses.but in tracking they are updating that parcels out for delivery but door locked..such that parcel is returning back to source address..when I have questioned this, this fellow addressed very harshly and stated argument very rudely..the worst service I have faced ever and Iost my impression on dtdc courier with this incident.

Worst service, they are not in a position to deliver even within 1 K.M radius and they ask the consignee/addressee to come and collect the article other wise threatened them by saying the article may be sent back.

DTDC Delivery not available beyond duvvada railway station(duvvada Sector-1,mangalapalem etc..). is what communicated to me for couple of consignments.I seriously don't understand,why would orders accepted if unable to deliver/unservicable to confined pincode/place & later on intimidate someone to do self pickup from dtdc office or package would return back ? FYI...to people looking for home delivery.."Speedpost/Registered post" works(postal department) at these places. Updated on 10 Feb'22: The same issue with multiple consignments with DTDC as of date.Going to escalate to all my stakeholders not to use or send parcels through DTDC. Flipkart,Amazon,Postal,Myntra,expressbee,Delhivery...etc..everything is delivered to my location,except this so called Undeliverable DTDC couriers@Rajivnagar.
