Luggage was handed over to them by Leo movers and packers. My luggage went from Hyderabad to Pune, then to Satara, then to Kolhapur. Whereas it could've been easily and directly delivered to Chiplun in couple of days. It's more than week now, still not delivered... Moreover, a person by the name Vikas was rude and used degrading language. Was adamant that they would deliver as per their time, not considering the problems the customers have to face... Pathetic services and all the more pathetic employees...

Worst ever Logistics, it really took 20days to deliver from Pune to Cochin. Inbetween they have missed the papers/consignment copy. I was calling the customer care atleast 3times a day. This logistics is highly highly not recommended.

Spoton logistics services are hopeless . Delivery boy making fake promises since Saturday my parcel not delivered yet. Full description my was shipped on 24th, June and reached at pune city on 25 June. On 27th June i got the call from the delivery boy (Sachin). He just rang the for call for couple of second not even full call for 45 sec while reaching and picked the call . The call got disconnected then i called him back because it was unknown no, he answered my call and said i am from spot on and youyyou one parcel i said ok but he said i am In wakad which 6 to 8 km far my location . And promise to delivere by tomorrow i said After waiting on Sunday i called him around 1800 IST. He said today is Sunday and we really dont do any delivery on Sunday . You will receive your parcel tomorrow that monday between 10 am to 1800IST. On Monday also waited and again i called him he said tomorrow your parcel will deliver. And then i called him this morning and he your parcel will be delivered to you before 1500IST Till 1st july 2020 time 12:17 parcel not delivered yet Also i raised complaint about faks update status on ths spot on site stating receiver refused to take parcel. But who who and when attempt delivery ?
