Very unprofessional staff at sector 37 post office. Ill-mannered and rude behaviour lacking basic etiquette. They are even attributing financial loss to the government. They were charging 8 paise instead of 80 paise due to lack of decimal knowledge. When asked to charge correct amount, they didn't take well to the feedback. Not expected of modern UP govt. 1 trillion is not possible with such a lacklustre attitude! Highly disappointed!

They are frauds they tried to charge me for my package when I refused they told me to pick it up myself. When I went to pick it up they told me it was delivered. This is a police matter they have frauded me over rs15000 . My package was from London which they have kept. They need to be jailed. I can't begin where to start with their unprofessional and rude behaviour they are theives. They need to be held accountable

This is Noida's worst postoffice. The postman here has got into the habit of freebies. Neither do they have the ability to speak, nor do they know any way to deliver what is said. These people returned one of my posts instead of reaching me and started saying that Sector 50 is not in Noida. My address is Sector 50 which is in Noida. The postmen here say that we do not deliver any goods. He has no respect for anyone's document. Feel like not giving a star to places like these.

Everytime I am supposed to receive anything through indian post, it ends up at this post office and everytime they take atleast 2-3 days to deliver even though it shows out for delivery. Sector 37 Noida Post Office This post office is the worst post office in the world, my IDBI Bank ATM card is pending for the last 15 days, but I am doing Raj Nagar job from Noida Sector 44, here's the post man Arun Kumar, whom to talk to at all. Don't know, it has held my ATM for 15 days, it called me on 16 Oct 2021, your ATM has come, take an ATM from me, then I told them to reach my house where the address is on the card, then Arun ji would say Is that we will not be able to deliver at home if you want to take an ATM then take the post office size when I came to the post office on 20oct 2021, I told you to go to the bank in lelena 2/3 days

When you go for opening account in post office bank , concern person or staff need only pancard .... don't need aadhar or any other card .if you don't have pancard your account will not open, that' a instructions given to staff ,if you say that the other bank only need aadhar card for verification...post office staff says go to other bank ...we only opening account in only pancard... that's very rude behaviour ...but you insist to do they say go online. Govt. Guidelines open any account on post office by showing aadhar, ration card, election ID oor driving licence. Very strange.govt staff in post office...

Pathetic delivery service. As five articles were returned back without delivery attempt within one hour of receiving it at post office. On visiting them I was told that address must be wrong. I could manage to retrieved one of the returned article from sender and shown them that it has correct add. They had no answer after that. This is game going on and innocent Clints are harassed for no fault of there's. I have sent a written complaint and request people to lodge complaint if it happens with any one. Not surprisingly as we know this is normal in india. there's govt Employee didn't get any salary that's why they demand for bribe said by sector 37 post employees. I'm requesting to Indiapost pls give their salary . they are not employees they are Gundas(Badmash) snatch my phone while im recording the vdo and delete the videos from my mobile ,and also said thwy will call the police for it. in the end they give me my speedpost after 1hr or waiting outside the postofc . I have a video recording also which I'm already shared to my frnds. but i don't want to take action against these corupt employees because nothing happens to them 😂😂

The wrost post office that I have seen ever A parcel has been sent by Sbi bank to me after tracking my consignment I have waited for more than two days and then third day I have visited them to ask about my parcel the post boy said that your parcel will be sent to your address while the status is shown that no one is available to receive the parcel and no one is at home however I am at home but they didn't call me.I have complaint in higher office regarding this but I have not get any satisfactory response .Very bad service.
