I does not know how this courier service is in other regions, but in tadepalligudem it's one amongst the worst courier services. The service is understaffed, they do not deliver to your door, they does not even inform you that your item is being reached to tadepalligudem. If you want something delivered to tadepalligudem please don't use this courier service.
