Even don't deserve to be single star. My parcel was reached on 22 April 22 and it was there for approx 16 days. I checked for the status Daily it shows out for delivery and after 5 minute it shows undelivered. Last 16 days no delivery boy contacted us. I made complaint to customer care 5 times they are also helpless. I have to go there and took the parcel. I suggest people avoid ecom express. Worst experience....😠😡
