Never use professional courier One of the worst ever service I had its been 3 weeks and still my parcel has not yet recieved. People who are working at vizag are not responding properly no response nothing from their side. And no proper timing has been obtained in opening the service. The timing they have mentioned is 9 am but even at 9:25 the courier shop has been closed. And the people never pick the calls even if we call from different number.even if they pick no response has given and treating us as like slaves. I have attached the photo copy of the kurmannapalem courier office that they haven't opened the should even it's 9:25 am at morning this shows the dedication how the people are running courier service. This is not professional courier this is worst courier service even compared to others. I request the management to take proper action on this. Thanks
